Ready to Join the High Point Christian Academy Family?

These admission procedures apply to all preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students.

2027-2028 Admissions Decision Dates

HPCA Admissions Decision Dates High Point Christian Academy uses scheduled admissions decision dates throughout the year. Families must complete their applications in full by the deadline for their desired decision date to be considered in that admissions timeframe. A complete application includes all required documents and all additional steps found in the Admissions Portal. Submitting the initial application alone does not complete the admissions process. We will communicate all admissions decisions for each review period to families at the same time. Completing an application early gives families time to meet the requirements, but we will share admissions decisions on the scheduled dates indicated below. Applications completed after a deadline will be considered during a subsequent review period. A completed application allows a student to be considered for admission; it does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a seat. Families are encouraged to review the published application deadlines and decision dates and stay in contact with the Admissions Office to ensure all requirements are fulfilled. Step Four: Complete an Assessment (TK - 12th Grade)

As part of the admissions process at High Point Christian Academy, prospective students must complete an in-person assessment. This assessment helps the school better understand each student’s academic strengths, areas for growth, and readiness for the curriculum. The assessment typically evaluates skills in areas such as reading comprehension, mathematics, and critical thinking. Results from the in-person assessment, along with academic records, teacher recommendations, and the overall application, are carefully reviewed to inform admissions decisions. This process ensures that HPCA can place each student in a learning environment that best supports their academic growth and success.

Step Five: Attend an Interview

Once the admissions file is complete with all required documentation and the assessment is complete, we will schedule an interview with school leadership. Parents and students should plan to attend the interview.

Step Six: Receive the Admissions Decision

Once all admissions requirements are complete, including submission of application materials, review of academic records, teacher recommendations, any required assessments, and an interview, parents will be formally notified of the Admissions Team's decision regarding their child’s admission. If a student is accepted, parents will receive comprehensive instructions outlining the final enrollment process through their Admissions Portal. This process ensures that families are fully informed and prepared for a smooth transition into the HPCA community.
