We are pleased to invite all new families to our New Family Welcome Dinner, Social, and Division Breakout Meetings. This special evening offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with other new families, meet members of our Administration, and gain valuable insights into the upcoming school year through division-specific sessions.  We look forward to welcoming you for an engaging and enjoyable evening.

New Preschool, TK, and Kindergarten Families Teacher, Parent, and Student Meet & Greet
Tuesday, August 12, 2025

New Preschool, TK, and Kindergarten Cougar families are invited for a Meet & Greet session with their teachers! This will be a time for our new families to ask more individualized questions with your teacher/s and walk your students around our campus so they can become familiar with our facilities.  Families are encouraged to bring all back-to-school classroom supplies to this session.   Registration for these Meet & Greet Sessions is required.

Dinner Event Details
All HPCA families (current and new!) are invited for food and fellowship!  A hot dog meal will be served in the Dining Commons from 5:00 - 7:30 p.m.  This will be a great time for you to catch up with one another and meet new families!  Meal tickets must be pre-purchased at THIS LINK

Teacher Meet and Greet Details
This same evening, returning families are invited to come to campus to meet teachers and visit classrooms.  Families are encouraged to bring all back-to-school classroom supplies to this session.

Preschool and 7th - 12th grade students/parents; stop by classrooms at any time between 5:00 - 7:30 p.m. to meet teachers.  No registration required.

TK - 6th Grade have scheduled group meeting times!  Parents and students in these grade levels are asked to attend ONE meeting.  These meetings will last approximately 30 minutes.  No registration required;
  5:30 p.m. OR 6:30 p.m.
  TK, K, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Grade - Meet in your classroom
  4th Grade - Middle School Youth Room (Refuge Track)
  5th Grade - High School Youth Room (Refuge Track)
  6th Grade - GSBC Sanctuary
 

Welcome Back To School Dinner

HPCA's Welcome Back To School Dinner - All HPCA families are invited to attend!

Meal tickets are $7.00 per person.
