High Point Christian Academy 2015-2016 Admission Procedures

I. Submit the completed application form with the $60.00 application fee. Transitional and Kindergarten applications must include a completed Preschool Evaluation form (completed by the child’s preschool teacher).
Kindergarten
Applicants must be 5 years old by August 31, 2015. Any applicants born between March 1, 2010 and August 31, 2010 are required to have a LAP-D test administered by HPCA. It is also strongly recommended that these applicants consider enrolling in our Transitional Kindergarten program.

Grades 1-12
Applications must include a copy of the most recent report card, and a copy of the most recent standardized test scores.

Grades 6-12
Applications must include:
(1) Evaluation form from an administrator or a teacher and preferably (1) Recommendation form from a pastor. The forms must be in an envelope sealed by the administrator/pastor/teacher that completed the forms. The forms may accompany the application or be mailed or Faxed to the Admissions office.

II.  Upon receipt of all paperwork, the Office of Admissions will contact the applicant for an on-campus interview.

III. Prior to making an admission decision, academy administrators will review the application, test scores, transcript/grade reports and interview notes.

IV. Applicants will be notified of enrollment status by mail.
